MADE TO ORDER

Every PERSIST. garment is made to order especially for you after your order has been placed.

Instead of producing in bulk, each item is individually printed and manufactured only after an order is received. This helps reduce overproduction and supports a more sustainable approach to apparel.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

After reviewing your request, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate solution. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

If you receive the wrong size or color due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate solution.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

LOST PARCELS

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, additional shipping costs may apply if you request the package to be reshipped.
