Return Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14‑day period starts on the day you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.
To request a return or cancellation, please email us at contact@persist.club and include your order number and a short note about your request.
REFUND PROCESS
If your return is approved, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from a different shipping method you may have chosen).
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless we explicitly agree on a different solution with you.
MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALISED ITEMS
All PERSIST products are produced on demand after you place your order.
If we offer personalised or custom-made items that are clearly produced according to your individual selection (for example with custom text, names, or artwork), these may be excluded from the standard 14‑day return right, in line with applicable EU consumer law.
In such cases, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@persist.club.
Please include:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• a photo of the damaged or faulty product
We will review your case and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
