Withdrawal Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or by post).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

RETURN OF GOODS

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
