Which T-shirt do you use?
Our current T-shirts are printed on the Unisex Staple T-Shirt | Bella + Canvas 3001.
What is the shirt made of?
For solid colors, the shirt is made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. The fabric weight is 4.2 oz./yd² (142 g/m²).
How does the shirt fit?
The Bella + Canvas 3001 is a unisex T-shirt with a soft, lightweight feel and side-seamed construction. Please check the Size Guide before ordering. If you prefer a relaxed oversized look, choose one size larger.
How are PERSIST. shirts produced?
Every PERSIST. garment is made to order after your order has been placed. Instead of producing in bulk, each item is printed only after an order is received. This helps reduce overproduction.
How long does delivery take?
Every PERSIST. garment is made to order. Estimated production time is usually 2-5 business days. Shipping time depends on the destination, carrier and fulfillment location. The available shipping options and estimated delivery details are shown during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Are the product images real photos?
Product images and illustrations are intended for visual reference and may include digital mockups or styled visualisations. Minor and objectively justified deviations may occur. Each shirt is printed individually after your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for information about your right of withdrawal.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or if your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days. We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate solution.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you received the wrong size or color due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please refer to our Withdrawal Policy.
How should I wash the shirt?
Wash inside-out at a low temperature with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners or chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry for the longest life. Iron inside-out only and do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
